OVERVIEW

These Terms of Service govern your use of oranasense.com and any purchases made through the website.

The website and online store are operated by UAB Laimo LT under the ORANA brand (“ORANA”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.

By accessing or using our website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and other policies referenced on our website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must have the legal capacity required under the laws applicable to you to enter into a purchase contract with us.

When placing an order or creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products contained in that order.

After receiving your order, we will send an electronic confirmation.

A binding purchase contract is formed when we accept your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled products will be refunded using the original payment method.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency applicable to the relevant market.

For consumers in the European Union, displayed consumer prices include applicable VAT where required by law.

Shipping charges and any other applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination and shipping arrangement. Where such charges are not included in the amount paid to ORANA, they may be payable by the recipient.

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or the payment providers made available through our store.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship orders to destinations made available through our checkout.

Available shipping methods, prices and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the stated timeframe.

Where mandatory consumer law applies, responsibility for the goods and risk of loss remain with us until the goods are delivered to you or to a person designated by you, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law.

Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, including where applicable the 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases, that right remains unaffected by these Terms.

Certain sealed goods may be excluded from the right of withdrawal after opening where the applicable hygiene or health-protection exception applies.

SECTION 8 - DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and UAB Laimo LT operating under the ORANA brand.

Shopify provides ecommerce technology and related services but is not the seller of ORANA products.

Shopify may process information relating to your use of our store in accordance with its applicable privacy terms and policies.

Changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to orders already concluded unless permitted by applicable law.
