RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At ORANA, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a great experience. Due to the nature of our wellness patches, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal.
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and unopened
- Be in its original packaging
- Be in resalable condition
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@oranasense.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with broken seals
- Products returned without prior authorization
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces
Lost Shipments
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@oranasense.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Please note that ORANA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
